At this time, we can only ship within the United States.

How do i care for my vintage piece?

For any item purchased from our Vintage Collection, we recommend hand-washing (actual hand-washing - not machine hand-washing!) in lukewarm/cool water and laying flat to dry.

What is your return policy?

All items from our private label, excluding the Ophelia Top, are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We currently can only offer store credit for vintage collection pieces. Please email Info@muirclothing.com with your order number to initiate a return.

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 10 days for made-to-order items, and up to 5 days for all other purchases.

can i change my order?

Please email Info@muirclothing for questions or issues regarding orders. Please note that some made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation!

What if I have an issue with my order?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Small imperfections or wear are to be expected on any handmade or vintage item, but if you receive something that you believe is out of the ordinary, please contact Caroline@muirclothing so we can come to a resolution.
